PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – The Annual Report Blues festival by the water released its lineup on Friday!
The Waterfront Blues Festival âUpriverâ 2021 is delighted to bring music lovers and fans together again at the beginning of July. The annual festival will be held in person at a different location than usual this year – The Lot at Zidell Yards – and will still have COVID-19 security measures in place.
While some things are different this year, festival organizers say the caliber of blues artists remains high.

Each day will have two separately ticketed shows – an afternoon show from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. and an evening show from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Both shows will have the same programming.
All tickets will be sold as seating modules for 2, 4 and 6 people, which go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. on June 1. Presale tickets are now available for Waterfront Blues Festival 2020 pass holders.
