Mortgage Network Inc. has announced the addition of Mark Rowe to the company’s Burlington branch as a loan officer.
“We are delighted that Mark is joining our office,” Billy Pierce, Mortgage Network’s Burlington branch manager, said in a press release. “He knows the local market well and understands all of our mortgage product offerings. It will help help homeowners and buyers make the right decisions for all of their financing needs.
A resident of Melrose Rowe says that in today’s competitive market, it’s important for potential homebuyers to plan ahead and get pre-approved as soon as possible.
“The best advice I can give to borrowers is to make sure they are working with a person and a company who will take the time to find the best products and programs to meet their needs,” he said in A press release. “Many households generate multiple offers, so finding out what you can afford and having pre-approval on hand when submitting an offer can give you a head start.”
He also said that current homeowners who haven’t refinanced their mortgages can still take advantage of historically low interest rates to withdraw money to improve their homes, pay off debts or finance other expenses.
Rowe graduated from Melrose High School and received a BA from Springfield College.
