Kevin Hart’s idea of bringing a goat on stage to give to Chris Rock this weekend didn’t entirely go to plan, although it was an emotional moment.
The comedian, who has been promoting his new films ‘DC League of Super-Pets’ and ‘Me Time,’ stopped by ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ studios on Monday, where the host quizzed him on his show at Madison Square Garden on Saturday.

Hart explained how Chappelle knew about his plans to get a goat to give to his friend Rock, but immediately wondered how he would do it.

Insisting he was Kevin Hart so he could get the job done, the star added: “You know, you don’t know, Chris is a mentor, a friend, an inspiration.
“He’s a big part of why I’m where I am today in my career, just because of his guidance, his insight, etc. and he’s my GOAT”
Hart continued, “I wanted him to feel that and understand how I feel about him in front of that audience.”
“I gave him the goat,” the actor told Fallon. “He almost cried. He almost broke down and cried on stage…it was a real moment.
However, things then got a little complicated.
“The goat, uh, the goat took ass on stage,” Hart laughed.
“He shit on Chris’s shoes. He destroyed Chris’s shoes. Chris had white moon boots and this goat got it.
