And Jesse Bongiovi, 26, joked with Daily Mail Australia this week about “bullying” him into joining TikTok for their rosé brand Hampton Water, which just launched in Australia.

In the extensive interview, Jesse also revealed the best advice Jon has ever given him and how his zest for life has rubbed off on him.

“I bullied him into being in a few of them. He is rarely amused. He’s rarely amused, ”Jesse said with a laugh while playing with his dad on TikTok.

With over 313,000 followers on their Hampton Water account, the couple are often seen having fun on camera and relaxing at Jon’s home in the Hamptons.

The father and son duo collaborated with the great French winemaker Gérard Bertrand to launch their own rosé.

Jesse, who was “still in sports” as a child, said working together over the past five years has been great for spending quality father-son time together and learning something new.

“It was incredible. I think it would have been one thing if I came to see him one day and said, “Hey, I want to start a band.” He would have known everything about it. For both of us, it was something so new, different, exciting and fun.

He added with a laugh, “We really need to brainstorm, and there were times I would look at him and say, ‘Hey, what do you think we should be doing here? and he’d be like, “I don’t know, what do you think we should be doing here?” ‘

“Now, five years later, I think we’re starting to take a new step forward, which is exciting. All of the hard work we have put in is starting to pay off.

As the world knows “Jon the Rock Star,” Jesse said it was no surprise to learn that he was such a “shrewd” businessman, having had such an illustrious career in music.

“Anyone who’s had a career in anything for as long as him has to be pretty astute. There have certainly been a lot of good lessons [he’s taught me] both in marketing and in business in general, ”he said.

‘One of the great things he taught me very early on [in life] was patience and really taking my time. Once something goes out into the world, there is no way to take it back. It’s a great lesson, but it’s also an important lesson to learn.

While Jon fans often joke online that he’s a “fine wine” and “gets better with age,” Jesse said his zest for life and his passion for life had definitely rubbed off on him.

“I think growing up we obviously traveled a ton and I still love to travel… meet people and see the world,” he said.

“I think having these kinds of experiences growing up certainly made me very curious, showed me a love for learning, and learning about new cultures was one of the great pleasures.”

“I think rosé is for everyone and for all time. I think that’s something that has really changed a lot over the last few years, ”Jesse said.

“The ‘rosé season’ seems to be getting longer and longer. And it really becomes this third category of wine that I find really exciting.
