This is the third year in a row that the iconic brand has been recognized as one of the best performing hotels by leading data and analytics company JD Power. The study analyzes approximately 33,000 guest responses to survey questions and ranks over 100 hotel brands across six market segments to measure customer satisfaction, advocacy and loyalty.
In addition to receiving the highest score for guest satisfaction among upscale hotel chains, Hard Rock Hotels received the highest score of any hotel brand, across all categories surveyed in the study.
