The 45th annual Jazz Fest is scheduled to take place in Piedmont Park over Memorial Day weekend.
ATLANTA — Mayor Andre Dickens announced the lineup for Atlanta’s 2022 Jazz Fest Thursday night.
The free festival includes three days of spectacular performances with distinguished musicians and innovative emerging artists. The 45th annual Jazz Fest is scheduled to take place in Piedmont Park over Memorial Day weekend.
“I’m a music lover and I had a chance to see the lineup. Y’all are going to enjoy it. It’s going to be a great time,” Dickens said.
Dickens added that he has performed at more than 25 jazz festivals in Atlanta.
“I’ve never done it as mayor before you,” he said. “It’s going to be the thrill of a lifetime.”
The festival kicks off at 1 p.m. with Dickens’ classmate Kebbi Williams and the Wolfpack.
