From June 10 to 13, North Ocean Boulevard will come alive with country music fans from across the country.
The Carolina Country Music Fest (CCMF) is back for its sixth year of music and entertainment in Myrtle Beach. This year’s lineup includes fan favorites like Darius Rucker, Kelsea Ballerini and Eric Church. The event kicks off Thursday evening, with the festivities from June 10 to 13. With over 30 country music stars, it’s an event no country music fan will want to miss.
Mike Stephens, festival director, says fans and performers will bring new energy to the festival.
“It’s been 18 months of uncertainty and cancellations⦠Music in general brings people together, and that’s what people need these days.” he said, recalling the challenges they faced in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
For Stephens and many others, it’s not just a return to form, it’s a new beginning. CCMF, for many, marks the start of the tourist season for the Myrtle Beach area. Starting in 2015, the festival quickly became a staple in Myrtle Beach. Today, the festival promises to bring together both amazing local businesses and major national brands for an electric and special weekend.
The festival not only includes some of the country’s most prominent artists performing on four stages. There is also a zipline, several merchandise stalls, two VIP areas, four amazing stages and more!
CCMF has been a longtime favorite with Myrtle Beach locals and country fans. This is shaping up to be the CCFM’s biggest year yet, with more performers and entertainment announced almost every day.
